Sometimes customers contact us in order to seek a return for the product. This can be for a number of reasons - we often see emails where a project has changed, extra product didn't get used, or in rare cases, an item was damaged during shipping.

Be sure to include your:
- Name
- Email Address to contact you
- Order Number (you should have received an email confirmation from us when you ordered, check your inbox)

In order to affect a refund, the Product must be in its original state, unaltered and undamaged, with all original pieces intact (the “Refunded Product”). The original Purchase receipt must accompany any refund request.
Any refunded Product must be returned to the Company within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The company will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for a Refunded product.
A refund will be issued by the Company if the Refunded Product complies with the above requirements; in the event that it does not, the Company retains the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at its discretion.
