We do not recommend this. Often these shelves are made of MDF, meant for lower-weight applications, and often are pre-cut with a channel the wrong size for the Hovr. You are always better off using a solid piece of wood, specifically cut to match the project at hand and to fit our system. There's no substitute for custom built!
