Sometimes customers contact us in order to seek a return for the product. This can be for a number of reasons - we often see emails where a project has changed, extra product didn't get used, or in rare cases, an item was damaged during shipping.

In the event that you would like to request a return and ordered directly from us, please send an email to Sonja Schmid at, or submit your request here.

Be sure to include your:

  • Name
  • Email Address to contact you
  • Order Number (you should have received an email confirmation from us when you ordered, check your inbox)
  • Reason for the return

Our shipping team will follow up with you as soon as possible to discuss the return.

Please note that if you have ordered from one of our distributors or a reseller, you will need to go through them for any returns/refunds.
